In 1968 I graduated from high school. My life was centered on sports. The "F" in fall stood for football. The "W" in winter stood for wrestling. The "S" in spring and summer stood for the seashore and surfing.

In order to keep a grasp on the things I loved most, I enrolled in the University of Delaware and majored in Physical Education. Here I could surround myself with athletics and saltwater.

I am in my thirty-third year of teaching. Thirty-two of those years have been here at Jensen Beach Elementary School. During this time I have tried to develop a physical education program that included and challenged each child at each grade level.
