Computer Assistant - Carolyn Magdalena
Our commitment is to grow lifelong readers and help students to access the wide world of information available now and in the future. Seventy percent of the jobs our children will have in the future have yet to be invented. They will probably change jobs at least 4 to 5 times over their life span as technology expands faster and faster. Whether reading for information or for fun, we want to give them a foundation in order for them to achieve their future goals.

Use
our WEB based OPEC (Online Personal Electronic Catalog) to view what books
we have in our media center. You can also access books by their AR
level and points. Go to
http://destiny.sbmc.org/common/welcome.jsp?site=205.

Students in 1st grade may check out one book at a time.
Students in 2nd through 5th grade may check out two books at a time.
